The Cumberland Mountains in Northeast Tennessee are full of beautiful colorful scenes like this one on the Powell Range north of Powell Valley. West is the Cumberland Mountains and East are the Smokies and Blue Ridge Mountains. In the distance you can see the valley and farms and across to the next range. The colors were brilliant. I have some friends who live up here in God’s Country.
